Risk Placement Coordinator – Commercial Lines

• Prepare and manage applications, summary forms, and broker of record letters for carrier submission

• Obtain necessary information from Sales and Service teams and follow up with carriers to confirm receipt and address additional requirements

• Support marketing and placement activities by preparing complete market submissions with team members

• Gather loss runs, supplemental applications, financial statements, and other required documents

• Compile quotes and assist in proposal preparation for clients

• Provide carrier information to internal teams, including appetite guides and contact details

• Respond to internal and external inquiries

• Maintain accurate documentation of policies, endorsements, and client information

• Record documentation and updates in AMS and Image Right for compliance

• Handle administrative tasks related to policy renewals, including updating marketing spreadsheets

• Stay informed on basic industry trends and carrier updates

• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in insurance activities

• Adopt innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, into the service process

• Perform other assigned projects, duties, and tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained
• Minimum 3 years of entry-level customer service or account management experience
• Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology preferred
• Experience with AMS and Image Right systems preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and software
• Customer-focused, high integrity, excellent work ethic
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
