I. SUMMARY Employees are accountable for assisting with track inspections and job site management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Work closely with Operations personnel to ensure the service meets customer requirements and schedules.
- Assist in resolving customer service issues.
- Inspect customer facilities for defects in need of repair and provide reports to Estimators for bidding purposes.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A. Education and/or Experience High school diploma required. 3-5 years’ experience in construction preferred. Project management, including experience analyzing project costs and information, setting project budgets, and estimating costs preferred. 2 years’ construction field experience preferred.
- B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to build and develop positive working relationships with customers and vendors.
- Proficient with computer software to conduct daily business activities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Superior communication skills:
Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills. - Strong teamwork, initiative, resilience, and tact required.
- Must be comfortable making decisions with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Strong working knowledge of one’s field or discipline in which they find themselves engaged on a daily basis.
- Becoming fully aware to Build Relationships between individuals and within one’s division.

- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
