Facilities Manager

• Lead and develop a team of Facilities Coordinators overseeing day-to-day facility management across multiple locations
• Set performance expectations and coach team members on troubleshooting, vendor communication, issue escalation, staffing, workload distribution, and career development
• Assist with vendor strategy, including master service agreements, pricing, vendor performance evaluation, and vendor retention or replacement recommendations
• Establish and monitor KPIs and service-level parameters, holding internal teams and external vendors accountable
• Analyze work order history, spending trends, and budget data to identify cost savings, recurring issues, and process improvements
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Oversee subcontractor sourcing and onboarding to maintain a reliable and compliant vendor network
• Oversee Facilities Department billing, including GL and location coding and resolution of escalated discrepancies
• Plan, scope, and oversee mid-to-large-scale facilities projects from initiation through completion
• Provide technical guidance to coordinators and field technicians
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-impact facility issues
• Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Practice Support on facilities initiatives and standards
• Participate in and oversee the on-call escalation structure for after-hours emergency coverage

• A minimum of 5–7 years' experience managing a division or staff, including staff management, process development, and performance oversight
• Verbal and written communication skills suited to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
• Significant prior experience in multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices
• Track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing vendor relationships strategically
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects and team priorities
• Experience with medical or dental equipment care, maintenance, and operation strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Sound business judgment and ability to make real-time decisions under pressure
• Occasional travel and flexible schedule availability
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility outside standard hours as required
• Ability to participate in the on-call escalation structure and support after-hours emergency coverage

Demonstrates expertise in Facilities Management, including vendor negotiation, performance oversight, and project management. Proven ability to analyze data for cost savings and process improvements while leading a team effectively.
