The Company: Our client is a proven Private-equity firm with a comprehensive strategy to acquire, merge & build a platform focused in a B2B Services sector - serving commercial and industrial end-markets.

The PE firm has a platform acquisition in place - they will partner with a proven industry executive to seek out additional firm(s) to acquire, integrate & aggressively develop into a dominant market leader of technical services over the next 3-5 years.

Credentials
:
The ideal CEO will utilize their proven expertise & industry reputation for:

• Value-added Services delivery - into commercial and/or industrial end markets
• Full P&L responsibility (as CEO or President) - with direct Board reporting relationships
• Successful exit(s), add-on acquisition(s) & integration
• Deal-making: success in deal sourcing, M&A, integration, divestitures, etc...
• Above-market EBITDA growth through various business cycles
• Prior leadership experience in a successful PE-backed platform

Location: US (open) - located in a major US hub, preferably in the central US with extensive travel nationwide.
