Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

• Set up and operate CNC Amada Turret machines
• Perform full machine setups, including tool changes, programming, maintenance, and light troubleshooting
• Load and unload sheet steel efficiently to meet production demands
• Sharpen punches as required to maintain production quality
• Verify that tooling and materials match job routers, drawings, and written specifications
• Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including first‑piece inspections, quantity of parts produced, defective units per job, and communication of non‑conforming items or shortages to QC Inspector or Supervisor
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide small, medium, and large numbers
• Proficient with tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices
• Ability to read decimal charts and simple to complex drawings
• Experience working within specified tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Prior Amada Turret experience preferred
