Machine Operator

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be an entry‑level member of the production team focused on safely and consistently producing the highest quality baked goods for customers.

Starting pay: $25.30 per hour. 1st and 2nd shift.

• Operate high‑powered machinery safely.
• Package products and mix ingredients.
• Move, stack, and handle materials and equipment used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications.
• Observe, maintain, and address issues to prevent and reduce waste.
• Participate in all company‑approved trainings, audits, etc.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards.

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1‑3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
