Overview
Summary
Revolution is hiring a Cultivation Supervisor who will plan day-to-day work tasks for the assigned section, ensure Revolution-approved processes are followed at all times, and delegate tasks to section cultivators. The Cultivation Supervisor ensures plant health is maintained, maximizes genetic potential of every strain, and serves as the subject matter expert on at least one element within the section. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with a focus on continuous improvement and training for team members.

Community, Accountability, Revolutionary, Excellence. - Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality to maintain daily operations and team effectiveness.
- Observe safety and biosecurity practices and guidelines while executing tasks.
- Ensure all section tasks are completed correctly and on time using Revolution-approved standard operating processes.
- Coordinate scheduled crop work with the Cultivation Manager and section team.
- Understand and effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
- Develop and maintain schedules and quality control measures.
- Manage team performance and attendance.
- Mentor, coach, and train Cultivation Technicians.
- Supervise and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure cultivation technicians and the department stay current with all applicable licensing as well as required record retention.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and SOPs.
- Inspect and record work quality and quantity of the section team.
- Inspect section crops daily to ensure proper nutrition, cultural activities, and overall plant health and vigor.
- Scout section plants to identify pest and disease issues and plan corrective actions.
- Ensure that all inventory and production reporting data is recorded accurately and on time.
- Accurately record data and observations using Biotrack and Cannabis
365 operating systems as required. - Follow all rules of conduct regarding proprietary information and processes.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines according to OSHA, Illinois Department of Agriculture, and product label standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising cultivation teams and coordinating tasks within a production environment.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements in relevant regulations.
- Ability to communicate KPI information clearly and effectively to team members.
- Experience using bioscience or cultivation-tracking software; preferably Biotrack and Cannabis
