Packaging & Assembly Technician

Starting Total Pay: $25.00-$34.00/hour (base pay + shift differential + weekly production bonus)

Production Bonus is variable and paid weekly, with a current average of 65%.

Example:
Hourly Base Rate = 16.07, Weekly Production Bonus = 60%. Total Hourly Rate = 25.71

Profit Sharing: 10% of Nucor’s pre‑tax earnings are contributed to the Profit Sharing Plan annually and distributed to eligible teammates. Our current 6‑year average is 18.28% of eligible earnings.
