Experienced Nurse Supervisor RN

We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced, and team-oriented Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing staff. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, strong leadership, and sound judgment. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and caring environment for staff and residents alike.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of clinical staff across nursing units.

• Make daily rounds to assess resident care and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders and facility policy.

• Maintain accurate resident records for admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing care.

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels across units and reassign as needed.

• Collaborate with charge nurses to address resident care, conditions, and concerns.

• Respond to medical emergencies and incidents throughout the facility.

• Promote teamwork and model ethical, compassionate care.

• Support compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Active RN license in good standing, as required by the state.

• Prior supervisory/management experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting required.

• Ability to work weekends as needed.

• Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to make sound independent decisions and adapt under pressure.

• Knowledge of nursing/medical procedures and healthcare facility regulations.
