Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic Store Associates to join our retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and gaining hands-on experience in retail sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Support sales initiatives and promotions
- Help with basic technical troubleshooting and product demonstrations
- No prior experience required; paid training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday + weekend availability
- Day shifts
