When you’re working in the deli department, you’ll be on the front‑lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits and required documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
- Follow company policies related to freezers/coolers, including complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring fans, drains and doors, and reporting issues to Management.

Hourly wage range: $18.50 to $26.50. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
