Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large remodel company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We're currently seeking an in office Bathroom Remodel Estimator Designer Sales person to join our growing business.

This is a sales role that will require you to meet with customers in the Chicagoland area, especially the Chicago downtown and south Chicago areas. It is a commission-only pay structure.

• Estimate kitchen/bathroom projects
• Close sales and meet with customers as scheduled
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Multi-task with general construction knowledge
• Maintain high communication and strong attention to detail
• Prescheduled appointments: 3-4 per day with no cold calling

• Experience with estimating and remodeling projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to close sales and meet targets
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Commission-only pay structure
• Most sales representatives earn between $80,000 and $160,000 annually
