The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for acting as the front‑line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Representative to work cross‑functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills. This program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.

Essential Functions- Sales & Marketing: handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation; execute the business unit's marketing plan; maintain accurate data in the marketing database; maximize rate opportunities; generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads; maintain and expand relationships with existing customers; coordinate inventory levels; achieve market share goals.
- Operations & Asset Management: responsible for overall profitability of the rental location; coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing; maintain compliance with regulations; maximize fleet utilization.
- Customer: drive profitable revenue growth; maintain and grow customer relationships; reconcile all concerns, issues and disputes.
- Communication: build constructive relationships with internal and external customers; maintain composure when addressing stressful situations; articulate product and service offerings.
- Perform on‑call representative duties as needed based on scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey messages effectively.

- Demonstrates customer service skills.
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- One (1) year or more sales experience required.
Pay Type:
Hourly
Minimum Pay Range: $21.00
Maximum Pay Range: $22.00
