Product Sales Representative - Manufacturing

Job Summary

An Outside Sales Representative will assist a growing mid‑market manufacturing organization specializing in die cutting, thermal forming, foam, rubber, adhesives, and plastics. The role focuses on selling to existing and new OEM accounts. The candidate should be comfortable traveling 4–5 nights per month and selling to engineers, plant managers, and operations professionals.

• Warm lead calling and selling to key decision makers in the specified product areas.
• Determine and manage account opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
• Travel to client sites as required, typically 4–5 overnight trips per month.
• Present tailored solutions to engineers and operational stakeholders.

• Proven experience in outside sales within a similar manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to sell technical products to engineering and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ready to travel 4–5 nights per month.
