Retail Sales Associate – MWT | AT&T Authorized Retailer

Retail Sales Associate.

Hiring Immediately.

Compensation: $37,305 - $92,290 yearly base, plus unlimited commission.

• Assist local residents with checking services, upgrading cell phones, selecting packages, purchasing accessories, and transitioning home services to Direct TV.
• Provide customer service and sell AT&T products and services in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Maintain and operate point‑of‑sale and activation systems.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales or customer‑facing business experience.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on feet all day.
• Passion for helping people, grit, dynamic personality, and a strong desire to grow professionally.
