Client Consultation:
Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Pipeline Management:
Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely follow‑ups and renewals to maintain strong relationships.

Licensing: A property and casualty license is preferred; must obtain within 30 days of hire; licensing assistance available.

Experience:

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Familiarity with the Cicero area and its local community is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
