Overview

Sunrun is the largest dedicated residential solar and storage company in the United States, leading the market with on‑site energy solutions. As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will represent our brand within partner retail stores, fostering relationships with potential customers, generating enthusiasm for our products, and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. Your impact will be measured by your ability to influence every interaction and grow the Sunrun customer base.

• Proactively schedule and manage appointments to generate new solar installs.
• Engage with customers to develop a strong rapport and convey the benefits of Sunrun’s renewable energy solutions.
• Educate prospective clients about energy independence and the value of solar and storage products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meeting the sales performance targets set for the territory.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivation and a genuine passion for our mission of expanding clean energy access.
• Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius to manage a multi‑store territory.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily tasks.

• Competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions for new solar appointments.
• Potential earnings range from $51,408 to $87,288 (location dependent) with top performers earning over $160,000 per year.
