Bayer Field Sales Rep III Crop Protection – Northwest Illinois is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow market share with retailers and dealers. You will develop dealer business plans, forecast demand, manage inventory, and champion Bayer Crop Science products while collaborating with field sales reps, CBAs, TAs, and DEL roles.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 6+ years in sales or agriculture, strong communication and analytical skills, travel readiness
