- Partner closely with our Business Development Managers and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Prepare business development reports, scorecards and activity tracking that help drive informed decisions.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, follow-up communications and leadership initiatives.
- Support business development strategy sessions and leadership communications.
- Build, maintain and continually improve prospect and client records within our CRM.
- Research target companies and develop detailed account profiles.
- Create targeted prospect lists and audience segmentation for outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline reporting and lead management processes.
- Coordinate business development email campaigns and targeted communications.
- Assist with social media initiatives that strengthen the Rightsize brand and industry presence.
- Help coordinate networking events, lunch & learns, trade shows and client experiences.
- Support our business development team before, during and after industry events.
- Create promotional materials, attendee communications and event content including photography and video.
- Monitor market activity, identify emerging opportunities and support strategic prospecting initiatives.
- Analyze lead data and market trends to help uncover new business opportunities.
Continuously look for ways to improve business development processes and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting business development, sales, marketing or CRM administration.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Net Suite preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media and marketing platforms is preferred
- Experience in the commercial interiors industry is preferred
