We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our facility team, focusing on the reliability and performance of our complex production systems. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime by proactively maintaining control systems and resolving electrical failures to keep our operations running at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve issues within HMI interfaces, power distribution, and automated control circuits to restore system functionality.
- Execute repairs on critical components including relays, contractors, safety interlocks, circuit breakers, and various industrial sensors.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools like multimeters and technical schematics to pinpoint faults in I/O modules, encoders, and photoeyes.
- Drive equipment uptime by performing rigorous preventive maintenance schedules and responding rapidly to emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure seamless operational continuity by clearly documenting repair status and communicating technical findings to cross-functional teams.
- Master the intricacies of our facility process flow to provide expert-level support and technical guidance during system upgrades.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, including the ability to interpret complex wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic instrumentation such as digital multimeters and clamp meters.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining HMI systems and industrial automation sensors.
- Strong autonomy and the ability to manage technical tasks independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience working in a solo technical capacity or off-shift maintenance role.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical issues.
