As a Senior (Lead) Data Engineer
, you will drive technical excellence, solution design, and platform modernization across the organization.

• Define Technical Architecture: Evolve the enterprise data platform using Snowflake, advanced ELT patterns, and metadata-driven designs.
• Drive Snowflake Optimization: Own performance tuning, warehouse sizing, and cost optimization utilizing advanced features like Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpark.
• Lead & Mentor: Serve as the technical anchor for data engineers—conducting code reviews, establishing Data Ops/Dev Ops best practices, and fostering continuous learning.
• Own the Delivery Pipeline: Translate complex business requirements into scalable batch, micro-batch, and real-time ingestion pipelines.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement robust monitoring and observability frameworks (Cloud Watch, Datadog) to guarantee reliability and data accuracy.

We are looking for a heavyweight data engineer who combines deep cloud architecture expertise with the ability to influence technical direction.

• Proven Track Record: 8+ years of data engineering experience, including 2+ years leading teams or guiding architecture decisions.
• Snowflake Mastery: Deep hands‑on experience with advanced Snowflake capabilities, automated ELT frameworks, and expert level SQL optimization skills.
• Modeling & Integration Expertise: Proven success implementing Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional models, alongside proficiency in tools like Informatica (IDMC/Power Center), AWS Glue, and Python.
• Cloud Platform Prowess: Solid experience designing and delivering large-scale data solutions natively within AWS
