AI Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy modern AI tools and platforms to support internal use cases
• Design and build integrations connecting AI solutions to core systems and data
• Develop automations and APIs to enable scalable, efficient workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver practical AI-driven solutions
• Ensure AI tools are well-integrated, secure, and performant within our cloud environment
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve implementations
• Stay current on AI advancements and bring forward new ideas to test and apply
• Support adoption by sharing knowledge, documentation, and guidance with teammates

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, integrations, or software engineering
• Strong interest in AI and curiosity about how it can drive real-world impact
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI platforms
• Experience configuring, integrating, or supporting technical tools and systems
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby)
• Familiarity with data formats and transformations (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV)
• Experience with AI, automation, or data platforms (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock, Workato/Boomi/Mule Soft, Databricks/Snowflake) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly with the support of your team
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
