Olympic Petroleum is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. Your work will directly support our reputation for reliability and top-tier service in the industry.

• Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and implement efficient shipping and receiving processes to enhance operational productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any shipping discrepancies and improve service reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory to support seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and carriers to ensure smooth logistics and resolve any issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor the shipping and receiving team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure work environment for everyone involved.
