American Driver is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a dedicated Midwest lane out of Joliet, IL. This Full-time W2 role features a performance-based pay structure with weekly home time and no guaranteed paycheck.
The pay setup includes weekly miles (900–1,100), mileage pay ($0.82–$0.88 CPM), a $340 per trailer Heavy Lifter Bonus, $25 per trailer Backhaul Pay, and the potential to reach $95k–$105k gross annually.
