What You'll Do as a Maintenance Team Member
You're the backbone of the restaurant - the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities may include:
* Filtering fryer oil daily
* Maintaining outside grounds
* Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
* Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
* Emptying and maintaining the trash compactor
* Changing light bulbs
* Communicating maintenance needs to management
* Cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and removing roof debris
