Position Summary
Clean‑Up Team Members maintain the interior of the wash tunnel after normal operating hours by completing a variety of manual cleaning tasks for tunnel walls, floors, and equipment. Exterior cleaning may be performed at the team member’s preference or by management request.
Primary Responsibilities- Execute the Mike’s Purpose. Provide the best value for our boss, the customer, by delivering a clean, quick, carwash every time, with a smile.

- Customer Satisfaction. Maintain the interior of property so customers always feel comfortable and interiors meet cleanliness standards.
- Training. Participate in extensive training to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date. Ask for assistance from the management team if you have any questions about the job expectations.
- Security. Ensure the location is secure prior to leaving each night. Double check that all doors are closed, locked, and the alarm is set.
- Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
- Shifts typically begin at 9:00 pm.
- Must be available to work at least 3 days a week.
This position requires the employee to communicate verbally and in writing, hear at a conversational level, use vision for depth perception and to distinguish between basic shades and colors. The employee will stand or walk continuously, sit occasionally, stoop, reach, twist, grind, lift up to 50 lbs for up to 3 feet, pull 10 lbs for up to 10 feet, carry up to 50 lbs for 10 feet, bend, kneel, balance, and climb stairs and ladders.
WorkEnvironment
The work environment is indoors with ladders, dust, odors, noise, vibrations, and chemicals. The employee works alone or with a team, wearing safety shoes/boots and handling chemicals.
