Description: Head Custodian - Grades 10-12, 1 FTE

Job Summary: The Head Custodian 10-12 is an individual contributor with site‑based leadership responsibilities responsible for overseeing custodial operations in a large, complex secondary school environment.

This position ensures clean, safe, and well‑maintained facilities by coordinating custodial staff across multiple shifts, performing hands‑on custodial and light maintenance work, and supporting building operations, events, safety, and security throughout the school year and after‑hours activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior custodial or facilities experience required; experience coordinating custodial staff preferred.
• Ability to operate custodial and building equipment safely and effectively.
• Working knowledge of basic computer systems, email, and work order or building systems.

8 hours per day, 5 days per week, and 260 days per year. Per salary schedule at Lakota, starting at $21.19 per hour, based on verified previous experience.
