Overview
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work.
The starting rate of pay is $20 - $24 / hr based on experience and certifications.
This position is based out of 4600 Mcauley Place Cincinnati, OH 45242 and will service multiple locations throughout the Cincinnati Area as well as Dayton and Northern Kentucky.
Tools are provided for this position, along with a company vehicle and gas for workday travel.

Schedule Available:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Occasional evening and/or weekend projects
The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including but not limited to:
- Routine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and snow and ice removal
- Timely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedule
- Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
- Troubleshoot general problems
- Move items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork etc.)
- Delivery of office and building supplies
- Small appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc…)
- Workingoutside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment
- Use a variety of equipment: a large assortment of vehicles (may include 15-passenger vans and airport buses), safety belts, 2-way radio or cellular phone, phone system, computer/tablet, printer, fax, cleaning tools and solutions
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

QualificationsWe are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving and communication skills,who enjoy working with hands‑on projects and providing excellent customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in general building maintenance including, but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, equipment/appliance repair, drywall repair and painting
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly due to heavy equipment
- Must be able to move and climb ladders (6-24 feet) and work with arms overhead while on ladder on a regular basis
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol relatedconvictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have HS Diploma/GED.
