Full-Time Housekeeper

Join our growing team as a Full-Time Housekeeper at one of our high-rise apartment buildings in downtown Cincinnati! We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven professional passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer service.

Location:

Edgar Apartments, 405 Broadway Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Salary/rate: $17-$19/hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning required, prior experience in multi-family housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to work in a downtown Cincinnati location.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Follow all Fair Housing laws and established policies and procedures.
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License Required
