We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director (Monday-Friday) to join our team at Meadowbrook Care Center, a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's maintenance and operations department.
About the RoleAs a maintenance director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will also lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and planning for maintenance projects, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facility’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality work
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure facility compliance and readiness
- Budget, forecast, and plan for maintenance projects, including capital expenditures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
