Overview
Floor Care Specialist ensuring all assigned accounts meet cleaning specifications and maintain green ratings.
Responsibilities- Clean on assigned time
- Clean to specification
- Clean within budget hours
- Achieve green ratings 100% of time
- Perform carpet cleanings
- Buff and shine floors
- Strip and wax floors
- Exterior window cleanings
- Report concerns to AM (e.g., maintenance, safety issues)
- Follow procedures
- Call off before cutoff time
- Request time off in advance
- Clock in and out on job site
- Listen to AM messages
- Report need for chemicals, equipment, etc.
- Keep janitorial closet neat
- Wear assigned uniform
- Maintain confidentiality and safety standards
- Friendly
- Organized
- Intuitive
Operating walk-behind floor scrubbers, dust mopping and mopping, other cleaning tasks.
Job Details- Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
