Maintenance Director – Long-Term Care Facility
Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to lead in a rewarding environment? We’re hiring a Maintenance Director for our long-term care facility!
What You’ll Do- Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.
- Manage facility systems, including HVAC (experience preferred).
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain records
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing safety and resident comfort.
- Full-time availability with leadership and organizational skills.
- Hands‑on experience in maintenance work; familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations
