Part‑Time Groundskeeper – 10 hours a week (8:30 am to 10:30 am) – Pine Ridge & Montclair, Cincinnati, OH 45211.

Salary: $11–$13 per hour.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Clean grounds and remove litter daily.
• Perform general upkeep of property grounds.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris.
• Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces in clean and safe conditions.
• Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.
• Work cooperatively with residents, co‑workers, and supervisors.

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and staff.
• Physical ability to lift and carry moderate weights and to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
