Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, Envolve is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to work at Park at Springdale Apartments in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Work cooperatively with others (residents, co-workers, supervisor, etc.).
• Maintain a constant state of alertness while on duty.
• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Perform daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and removing trash.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform and project a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Provide courteous, efficient service at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.
• Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Assist with make-readies and with basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General maintenance experience preferred

Criminal background check and drug test are required.
