Episcopal Retirement Services seeks a General Maintenance Team Member for Maple Knoll in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across building systems, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds keeping, while observing safety policies.
You will coordinate with contracted vendors, assist with housekeeping around the perimeter, participate in emergency plans, and rotate on-call after hours, wearing PPE and providing excellent resident service.
