Part-Time Groundskeeper – 20 hours a week

Edgar Apartments (fka - Lytle Tower), 405 Broadway Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

$18–$18.50/hour

• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Clean grounds and remove litter daily.
• Perform general upkeep of property grounds.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris.
• Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces in clean and safe conditions.
• Report safety hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.
• Work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, and supervisors.

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and staff.
• Physical ability to lift and carry moderate weights and to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
