Service Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead local service operations, driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction for our Cincinnati territory.

• Implement and monitor safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for employees and customers.
• Provide learning and development opportunities for the team.
• Effectively manage schedules and overall team performance.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Leverage new technologies to improve operations and service quality.

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Annual base pay range: $115,400 – $151,410. Compensation is determined by experience, skills, certifications, and business needs.

Variable compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan (15% target incentive) and Sales Incentive based on sales targets.
