Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor safety guidelines to prioritize the well‑being of team and customers.
- Provide learning opportunities and professional development for the team.
- Effectively manage schedules and overall team performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Leverage new technologies to improve service delivery.
- 5+ years of maintenance expertise, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience leading a union represented workforce.
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

The hiring range for this role is $115,400 – $151,410. Compensation will depend on experience, certifications, and other factors. Variable compensation includes a 15% annual bonus plan and a sales incentive plan based on meeting targets.
