Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Floor Tech to maintain spotless, safe floors throughout our facility, using specialized equipment to support a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff in long-term care. In this role, you will be responsible for stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to top standards, while ensuring the highest level of infection control and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to top standards
• Clean and disinfect high-traffic surfaces, following strict infection control and safety protocols
• Operate floor care machines efficiently and collaborate with housekeeping to keep spaces pristine
