Housekeeping​/ Laundry

We are a Long Term Care Facility seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility

• Dispose of trash and soiled linens in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment

• Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and personal clothing

• Maintain supply levels and ensure cleaning carts are stocked and organized

• Follow all safety protocols and facility policies

• Cross-train and assist in both housekeeping and laundry departments as needed

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Must be available to work every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required, training will be provided

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
