Maintenance Specialist

As the Maintenance Specialist for Victory & Equipment Services, you will help manage safety and compliance for a fleet of 5,000+ semi-trailers and chassis. You will be the point person for customers with all maintenance and inspection requests for trailers. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions with trailers, keeping clean records, and making strategic choices with fleet assets.

• Handle Maintenance requests and assist customers with issues while assets are over the road
• Maintain & develop strong relationships with contacts at Maintenance vendors
• Assist customers with creating maintenance schedules to maintain compliance
• Manage internal fleet records and perform audits regularly of active trailers
• Work internally with the Rentals and Escalations team when needed
• Assist in the claims process in regard to trailer damage
• Review & approve maintenance invoices for billing and claims accuracy
