We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Place Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• PLUS Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Snow removal
• Pool maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• On-call rotation
