The ideal candidate will have maintenance leadership experience (10 direct reports) and working knowledge of engineering principles including basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities- Schedule, coordinate and document preventive maintenance activities for all machines
- Establish and maintain inventory levels for critical wear and spare part
- Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to busines
- Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employee
- Train, mentor, supervise and support the development of hourly maintenance personne
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
- 3-5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, high volume production lines or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
