Maintenance Manager

This role encompasses overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that the facilities and machinery used to produce sustainable packaging solutions are in perfect working order and uphold our commitment to efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and performance standards.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance team members, promoting a culture of safety and high performance.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities, managing the maintenance budget, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring all equipment operates reliably and meets regulatory requirements.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities, ensuring there is a back-up system in place so no information is lost.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and protocols.
