Commercial Snow Removal​/Seasonal Landscape Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Commercial Snow Removal / Seasonal Landscape Technician to support commercial properties in the Warminster, PA area. In winter, you will plow, shovel, blow, and salt lots and walkways to keep sites safe and accessible, often during overnight and storm events. In warmer seasons, you'll assist with mowing, trimming, clean ups, and exterior maintenance. This hands-on role works in all weather, operating trucks and equipment while following strict safety and quality standards in a collaborative, service oriented team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial snow plowing, blowing, shoveling, and salting of lots, drives, and walkways
• Monitor weather and respond to snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Operate trucks, plows, spreaders, snow blowers, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform seasonal landscaping, including mowing, trimming, clean ups, and exterior site maintenance
• Follow safety policies and use proper PPE while working in harsh weather and around equipment
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment before and after use
• Complete work orders, document services, and report site issues or hazards to supervisors
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients while on site
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
• Support other facility and exterior maintenance tasks as assigned
