Technician, Facility Services – Power Washing

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment
• Evaluate cleaning areas and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces
• Follow safety procedures while performing power washing and exterior maintenance
• Respond to work order requests
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned

• 1–3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
• Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification card
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless-driving convictions involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• Ability to read and speak English
• Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last 5 years
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in operating and maintaining power washing equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Possesses strong record-keeping abilities and effective communication skills to respond to work orders and provide excellent customer service.
