Facility Services Technician, Power Washing

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces
• Follow safety procedures while performing power washing and exterior maintenance
• Respond to work order requests
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• State-issued driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
• Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification card
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or alcohol/drug-related reckless-driving convictions within the last 3 years
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
• No serious traffic violations within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• No preventable accidents within the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• Ability to read and speak English
• Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last 5 years
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years

Demonstrates expertise in power washing and exterior maintenance, with a strong focus on safety procedures and equipment operation. Capable of maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
