PAINTER

Mariemont Care Center is looking for a dependable and experienced Painter to join our Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Paint resident rooms, hallways, common areas, offices, and other facility areas

• Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming

• Perform touch-ups and maintain painted surfaces throughout the building

• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Assist with general maintenance projects as needed

• Follow all safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous professional painting experience preferred

• Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and dependable

• Able to work independently

• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment
