Position:
Housekeeper/Custodian
Location:
Bedford Condominiums - Hyde Park, Cincinnati, OHPay Rate: $25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pmWho You Are:
Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping/custodial for a residential property.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #;}tr th { background-color: #;}Flawless attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
Cheerful attitude and strong communication skills.
Capable of lifting and pushing 50 pounds and climbing stairs.
Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
What You Will Do:
Clean and maintain hallways, stairs, shared areas, elevators, and garage area.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Polish stainless steel.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Take out trash and recycling daily.
Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and activity within the building.
