Full-Time Maintenance Assistant

Are you handy and dependable? Do you want to grow your skills while working under an experienced Maintenance Director? The Mariemont Care Center is looking for a motivated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team!

• Work closely under the guidance of our experienced Maintenance Director.

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks throughout our nursing care facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

• Perform minor repairs and basic tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Respond quickly to maintenance work orders and maintain accurate logs.

• Help with groundskeeping, snow removal, and general upkeep as needed.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (especially in healthcare or long-term care).

• Painting Experience

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.

• Willingness to learn and grow under an experienced leader.

• Dependable, hard-working, and a good team player.

• Good communication and time management skills.
